Are there any security measures I should be aware of?

Security screenings will be in place upon entry- 

Bags larger than handbags/small rucksacks (dimensions 45cm x 35cm x 25cm) are not permitted. Please bring a minimum of possessions with you, limited to personal effects and unopened soft drinks, water or food.

Please don’t bring-
· Glass bottles or containers
· Alcohol
· Knives or sharp objects
· Any other items which could cause damage to our fabric or harm to others
· Any illegal items
· Items used in connection with protest
· Drones

 

Is the Cathedral accessible?

The Cathedral is fully accessible for those with limited mobility, and can provide guides for people with hearing or visual impairments.
We want to ensure everyone can join us for the concert, so if you have any questions or specific access needs, please get in touch with us on carols@princes-trust.org.uk and we would love to help.

 

Are there toilet facilities at the Cathedral?

Yes, there are accessible toilet facilities available within the cathedral.

 

Does my ticket grant access to the rest of the Cathedral?

Carol concert tickets do not include access to the rest of the Cathedral.

Is photography permitted at the event?

No, photography and videography are not permitted inside the cathedral or during the concert.
